Elijah and Beth celebrated their marriage on July 28th in Akron, Ohio
Their day was so simple and beautiful with an emphasis on the most beautiful aspect of the day--their story
Their venue was Coventry Oaks Pavilion
It was such a quaint venue, complete with a field of wildflowers
I would recommend it in a heartbeat
At the start of the day, they chose to have a first look along the river
A storm was blowing in; wind and thunder teamed up, adding to the impact of the moment
After the first look (and when the rain died down some) the ceremony started
Handwritten, heartfelt vows told their story so beautifully
They shared parts of the journey they've been on and all it took to get to this moment of becoming husband + wife
Afterwards were family photos + more photos of the new Mr + Mrs
There was also a light sprinkle of rain, making my artistic heart SO happy
It added the perfect amount of sparkle to some of their portraits
The wildflower theme was beyond perfect for their day
The colors were AMAZING and brought such a romantic flare
One of my top favorite moments of the day...
Elijah brought a ring pop (how he originally proposed) during couple portraits
It was heart melting to say the least
An intimate, short reception followed: continuing the pattern of embracing and surrounding the meaning of the day
The simplicity left room for the story to be told over and over
It was so sweet
Mr + Mrs Saxton, well done and CONGRATULATIONS
The heart and effort you put into getting to THIS moment was huge and noteworthy
So inspired by who you guys are, both individually and also together
Thank you for trusting me with your day
It was refreshing to meet you, some of your people, and get to be a fly on the wall for part of your story
Shine On
...and per usual, a grand finale of the Mr and Mrs <3
